MYSTERY CUSTOMER ASSESMENT

One of our highly trained Mystery Customers will spend up to an hour at your venue assessing the service & comfort as well as reporting on cleanliness, presentation & general maintenance. After their visit, a comprehensive report will be compiled and sent to you within two days of the assessment being carried out. Our reports can cover your entire venue or be department specific such as bar, guest accommodation, gaming, food service or off-premise sales.

Using the intel from our Mystery Customer Reports & Customer Feedback we will identify any service areas that need improvement. One of our staff members will then develop a staff training program based on these insights and conduct training with your staff, as required. The Mystery Customer Reports along with the Customer Service Training Programme have been used as a staff KPI Setting tool at many of the venues that have previously utilised our services.
