On top of setting up a Booking Button on your website, we will also respond to all guest reviews on your behalf. This will include all guest reviews received on websites such as Google, TripAdvisor & Booking.com.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We will setup your Property Management System that will fully integrate with your Channel Manager & direct booking engine. Your on-site staff will be trained on how to use this system as this will be used for entering all new bookings, checking-in / out guests, taking payment & for any correspondence with booked guests.
